Type for Good.

I don’t know if this been established before, but I’m from India. More specifically, I’ve been living in Bangalore, India for about 3 years now. And things here are not great. If you’ve come across any piece of news about India, you know that the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic has killed thousands and destroyed the lives of several others.

I started tiptoptypetips newsletter because I love typography and by sharing what I know, I hope you all do too! I research, write and design for this newsletter 100% by myself and have been doing so for about 3 years, albeit sporadically (cut me some slack okay).

Today I want to make a request to those of you who can, to donate what you’d pay for this newsletter or for what you’ve been able to learn from tttt to any one of these organisations listed here →

Donate to help fight Covid-19 in India

If you are able to make a donation, thank you.

Running tiptoptypetips independently and completely-free has been a conscious but challenging choice. Not to say it can’t be done, but the last thing I would want for both myself and you, is to find reading tttt a chore or a nuisance in your inbox. So, going forward, I’ve decided to allow The Roundup to be an irregular newsletter. Maybe every week, maybe every fortnight, or every quarter. But when I do hit ‘Publish’, I promise to make sure it’s a good time. For you, and me.

No tips today. Just updates.

Thank you for your patronage thus far. And welcome to everyone new! Hoping for all of your good health and safety.
